at the heart of white crab coffee & books is the dalton family, a tight-knit crew of six who turned a shared dream into something real.
jen, the proud mom of four daughters, always imagined a place where family, good coffee, and meaningful moments came together. after relocating from orono, minnesota to the shores of topsail island, that dream began to take shape- with the beach, books, and each other as the foundation. her daughters emma, grace, greta and ellie, bring their own energy to white crab, from marketing skills and fresh ideas to laughter behind the counter and thoughtful touches throughout the shop.
